One night stay in twin room
1 night stay to attend Concert ar Hydro. Check in was easy and quick. Room was twin and beds were excellent size. Shower was excellent and bathroom was also a good size. Only didnt score 5 due to a couple of things Had to ask where lifts were after checking in..she didnt explain how to get to room, what wifi or what time check out was. There was a damp patch on carpet near fridge...unsure if it was a leak or spillage from previous guest. Quilt was really heavy, felt like someone was lying on top of me...would have been great on a cold winters night however made sleeping very warm which personally I dont like

The room I had was nice a clean shower was amazing. The only couple things was the parking and trying to get the lift in the morning. The cleaning staff were using both and the same time as people trying to check out, so it was very slow dew to them being full and busy.

This was my second time staying at the property, the first was for work during the summer. We booked an Executive Suite, as this came with a separate sleeping area for the kids and a small kitchenette. Any questions we had the team were keen to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after. We ate in the restaurant the first evening and had breakfast on both days. There were a lot of TV's in the restaurant/ was which was a little off-putting for the kids as they could not concentrate on eating. The food was good and reasonably priced too, we went for the pre-theatre as we arrived early enough. For breakfast it was good and enough choice, my only suggestion there would be to have a bean-to-cup machine for coffees, rather than filter coffee. There were a small machine with comp drinks between 4am and 9am, which I only found out after, but drinks were only £1 each out with those times. Thanks to everyone for making us feel welcomed to Glasgow and we look forward to visiting in the future.

The hotel is walking distance to some good pubs/bars, not very far from the OVO Arena aswell, which I went to watch a gig there, very comfortable bed and nice hot shower. Can screen cast amazon/netflix to the tv, no complaints really.

My second time this year.Lovely hotel.Beds are so comfy.I took my grandaughters for a couple of days for shopping and booked a room for 1 adult and 2 children.I opened the room door and not only did it have a superking bed and a sofa bed in a seperate room.Not only that it had a full working kitchen.10/10.We ate in the Chop restaurant for dinner.Dinner was beautiful and reasonably priced.All in All I will be back.

Disappointing
We booked this hotel as a treat. Usually opting for a Premier Inn when travelling with kids. Our room was fine although not the suite we had hoped for. I would say website is very misleading. Nice big queen size bed for us but our kids were on a sofa bed which they found very uncomfortable with springs digging into them. My young kids don’t complain about beds so it must of been bad! We all had pillows which were very hard and lumpy. After the first night we asked for different pillows but were told there weren’t any. This led to nobody getting much sleep at all. On returning from a day shopping we found our room door unlocked and open. The cleaner had left it this way all day. Luckily nothing was taken. We reported to reception. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. Car park is tiny so unlikely to get a space. Car park 5 mins away. Hotel matches price with their car park which is good. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t return.

They stay was pleasurable. The only few things that need fixing it the lift squeaking terribly when in use that echo's throughout the hotel. The second thing is the terrible coffee. You have coffee machines in your kitchen so let the patrons use them and get a real coffee.

Enjoyed the large room and comfortable bed. Modern room with good charging points/lighting and a TV you can stream to. Great location. The hotel car park is really narrow and was impossible to park in even though there were ‘Spaces’ available they were in accessible. The breakfast buffet was OK. Not the best ever selection but nothing too bad, coffee could be better. Overall a pleasant stay
