Amazing hotel. Staff lovely and attentive. Rooms clean and bathroom facilities spot on. Breakfast was nice with plenty of variety and dinner was also lovely. Only criticism would be the beds. Decent size but incredibly hard.

While the style and design of the hotel was great, including the food - the eco lighting meant that I was unable to switch off all lights when I went to bed. As a result, I didn’t sleep all night. It was noisy when fellow residents were returning to their rooms. I woke up at 3am to the sounds of people talking as they were going to their rooms. A lovely hotel but not one that I will return to.

A new way!
This is a new hotel with a new type of experience. You feel part of a community, not just a stay over. We liked it. Didn't get the time to experience every thing on offer but what we 'felt' was refreshing. A new way! The Social Hub's location in Glasgow's Merchant City, can't be bettered, the new Candleriggs Square is not completely finish yet, but when it is, it will add a new plaza to this old famous neighbourhood. Loved it, this is now our come too place when we come back to Glasgow.

When I booked I really didn’t expect the property to be quite so central, everything I was in Glasgow to see and do was maybe 10 minutes walk from the hotel The staff were so friendly and helpful! I’d definitely recommend this to anyone staying in the city

A friendly-feeling place
Lovely hotel with a big open foyer full of sofas, pool tables and books. Bed and pillows were insanely comfortable and absolutely massive. My only minor grumble was the light at the sink wasn't quite bright enough for putting on makeup
