Nothing compares to having the sparkling waters of Sleeping Bear Bay and its sugar white sands as your backdrop. Inside, the sunny living area is conveniently equipped with inviting sofas, a wood fireplace, and a flatscreen TV with cable. Air conditioning throughout allows you to be comfortable during your stay. Prepare mouth-watering meals for the group in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all major appliances. Additional amenities include an on-site washer/dryer and high-speed WiFi.

There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor. The main bedroom features its own en suite bathroom, while the second bedroom has access to the hallway bathroom. Upstairs, guests will find two more bedrooms and a shared hallway bathroom.

Beautiful view condo
We had a great time here and really loved the beautiful view in this condo! Our adult kids and grandkids really loved it here with plenty of room for all 7 of us. It supplied everything we needed, location is perfect, beach is right in front. Nearby towns are so cute! Thanks for a great vacation!

Very nice and clean. Great views. We enjoyed our stay. Clarity of directions could be better adding “building 1”. A little bit of confusion about the location. Email stated that it was located in the Homestead which it is not.

Great view and terrific layout
This condo was very spacious with comfortable updated furniture. The kitchen was well supplied and functional. We appreciated the two second floor bedrooms since we had a toddler who needed naps and early bedtime. We used the fireplace and it made the living area even cozier. Beds were very comfortable! The view is as pictured - it's super. The host was very easy to reach and had excellent communication. One of our favorite floorplans in the Homestead.

Lovely place
The condo was lovely. We enjoyed our time. The place was clean and well equipped with toilet paper, soap, even mini shampoo. The family enjoyed the entire home. The kids were safe and so very entertained with the games supplied. Unfortunately it was hatching of the midge flies so the beach was not available but had the flies not been there this is an absolute fantastic place. We will rent again just not during hatching lol

Very nice location, nice views, nice furnishings, everything clean and tidy, kitchen very well equipped (except salt and pepper would be nice), beds and bedrooms very comfortable, also has a/c which is not the case with some of the Homestead units.
