Great chalet and location. Chalet was warm with many amenities. The view was amazing and we were only 15 minutes away from everything.

Welcome to your fall getaway! You have full access to our luxurious 2-bedroom condo on the first floor, including the private back patio with stunning mountain views. Enjoy peace and privacy, but please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours as there are other guests nearby. As a special perk, use our Linderhof Country Club membership for just $10/person/day for unlimited golf, or $20/day for pool and tennis access for your entire group. Enjoy your stay!

Other Things to Note:
• Please remember that you're staying in a condo unit, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
• There are bunk beds that have weight limits
• 8 guest max = 6 adults and 2 children (bunk bed)
• Please note that there's a staircase leading down to the property from the parking lot.
• We only have 1 parking spot at the property and the overflow parking for additional cars is not available. A 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended during the winter months.
• A parking pass is available inside the unit upon check-in. Please be sure to hang your permit on the rearview mirror of your car and return it on the day of your check out otherwise there's a $100 fee to replace it.
• You can also use our membership to Linderhof Country Club (less than 5 min drive).
• Golf - $10/person/day for unlimited golf
• Pool & Tennis - $20/day for your entire group

Please respect our property. Please note the following house rule violations will result in fines:
• Smoking $1500
• Pets $500
• Parties or events $1500
• Unapproved late check out $250
• The property has a maximum occupancy limit, and exceeding this number may result in penalties. Please ensure that your party stays within the allowed guest limit to avoid any additional charges.
• Damages - subject to cost of the item for repair or replacement

***Note: Rental Property Agreement is required to be signed up with a valid government issued I.D after reservation has been confirmed. Failure to comply will result to the cancellation of reservation without refund.
