Fantastic house and location!
We loved our stay here because it was close to Storyland and not far from Santa’s Village. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable. I loved going through the record collection! The host was very responsive and helpful. I definitely recommend staying here!

This house is very well loved by the owner. It has more of an Air B&B feel of “we are sharing our space with you” than a VRBO. The house is very personalized to them, a bit outdated heavily decorated. The location was great, we were there for mountaineering & it was less than a mile away. The town is small, cute & close. There was also an amusement park at the bottom of the hill that our girls loved. The house could use a deep clean, maybe new carpet. Being with small children we are always in search of shoes & while looking under beds we found some small stuffed animals & toys that weren’t ours. Overall, if we were in this area again this house would not be my first choice.

Great spot for access to everything
Overall, this was a great place for a family. Our only issue was that the grounds could use some TLC. Weeds were overgrown in the grounds and near the fire pit. The back of the house is severely overgrown also. Other than that, everything was great for a family.

The views were great. The area very quiet and relaxing. The upstairs in regards to house keeping was perfect along with the record collection. I rated this a plus and minus because of the amount of spiders that would appear in and around the bedrooms and bathroom downstairs. You could see them walking on the carpets in all of the rooms and in the bathroom. If I was to go again I would bring some bug spray with me. Marcel

We had a great stay! Our itinerary included a visit to Story Land and the location could not have been better. The house was perfect for four adults and three kids, who loved the large den/play room. Our only minor quibble was the number of dead bugs and spider webs in the downstairs bathroom, but it’s possible the house had gone unoccupied for some time before our arrival and some tiny critters decided to take advantage. But hey, it’s a house in the woods; what else should one expect? Overall it didn’t bother anyone and we really enjoyed our visit!

Perfect place for a family reunion
My cousins and I came up to North Conway for a long planned weekend and this place was the perfect location for it. The house was big enough for all 10 of us and it was secluded enough that we didn’t have to be too quiet at night (we are a loud family). It was also the perfect spot for those of us that went hiking at Tuckerman’s and for when we went to Nostalgia night at Storyland. Mike was easy to communicate with and the house was comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay here again for a long weekend with family or friends.

Great stay in the whites!
What a great place! We went for my husband to finish his 48th, 4000 footer and it couldn't have been more perfect. There was plenty of room for all of us to have our own bedrooms and then hang out in the common areas. We are a music family, so the turn table was definitely a highlight every night after a day of hiking. We were a couple of families of all adults, so no need for Story Land, but if you are a young family this is a perfect location for that as well. House was well stocked with anything you might need and was very clean. The owner was easily accessible by phone and answered any question immediately. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property.

Amazing views!
The weather was wonderful for early Fall so we spent time on the deck enjoying the sun and incredible Mountain View! The open floor plan allowed for plenty of family time and the kitchen had everything we needed. Owner was very responsive on the few occasions we needed to reach out. Property was in a great location to all the attractions: swimming, hiking, Storyland, N.Conway shopping, etc. The home has a fantastic layout with bedrooms on the bottom floor and kitchen/living on the next level up. Offered great separation for sleeping kiddos! Also the seperate game room was fantastic! home was full of toys, items for dogs, fully stocked kitchen, etc. The home had everything we needed and we fully enjoyed the visit! Just be aware check-in info is emailed to you not populated in the app. Also, if bringing trash to dump they require a permit.

Wonderful House Close to Storyland
We really enjoyed staying at this amazing house that is located only about 2 minutes down the road from Storyland. The house was exactly as advertised. The air hockey table was a huge hit with our 8 year old son. Everyone in our family enjoyed the beautiful view off the back deck. We also love the surrounding area and the nearby North Conway area. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend the house to friends looking to stay in the area.

We greatly enjoyed our time in New Hampshire! The house is beautiful and the location was very convenient for the hiking we did. We only had three complaints. One of the adults slept in the room with the bunk beds and found the mattress to be a little on the thin side. It’s probably fine for kids, though. Another issue we encountered was a large number of ants in the downstairs area. We bought some traps at the local grocery store, and that helped a little. Finally, there was not enough toilet paper to get us through the week, so we had to buy a roll at the store. I don’t think we were using especially large amounts of it! Overall, we found the house great for relaxing with family and enjoying the beautiful views.

Sweet house in a great location
Our first family gathering in two years and this was the ideal house for us all! So super comfortable, well appointed in every way possible, great location to head out and explore everyday and we all loved the amazing vinyl collection! We had a hot week, so very much appreciated the AC and also loved the air hockey table and games on a rainy day. Mike was super responsive if we had any questions.
