Embassy Hotel and Suites was a nice place to stay for two nights while in town to visit the National Park. The location is ideal for walking instead of taking your car and looking for a place to park, dealing with traffic etc. I loved the easy check in, managers welcome, and breakfast. I would recommend staying here if you are in town. Downsides in my opinion- $125 pet fee!!!!! Crazy expensive. This was charged for my one dog for two nights, each pet fee allows two dogs. So why does one dog cost the same? I got my receipt to my email the morning of check out and noticed they added on a second pet fee of $125. I had over $280 of pet fees and taxes. Hotel corrected this when I approached guest services with no problem. I just wonder how many people have not reviewed their bill and the same thing happened.

Disappointing breakfast
Check in was delayed because we arrived before 3pm and were turned away. Room was worn but comfortable. Breakfast was a disaster, with no bread for toast, hard biscuits and small flying insects in the fruit. Very disappointing for an embassy.

Couch was literally torn like a dog chewed on it, shower curtain rod was broken so the floor got soaked if you tried to take a shower. This was a bigger problem because they put us in an accessible room which we didnā€™t ask for. The grout in the bathroom was broken down and moldy looking probably because this has been an issue for a long time. This was all brought to the managers attention when she asked but then she didnā€™t care, didnā€™t even send ppl to look at the problems like she said she would. Very disappointed in this experience.

Not my usual stay.
I have stayed at this property many times and have always enjoyed my stay. This was a different experience. I sadly have to say that this was the worst room I ever stayed in at this hotel. It was extremely run down and dirty. There was leftover food in the refrigerator, multiple stains on the carpet and the bathroom was dirty. We would of left once checking in but an appointment kept us in Hot Springs late into the evening and it was too late to head home.

Came to happy hour at 5:45 pm - there was nothing available (all gone). Waited around for about an 1/2 hour before anything was brought out. Happy hour was about over before we were able to get a snack. Asked about the resturant and was ignored.

Really enjoy staying
I always enjoy staying here every time I am visiting Hot Springs. Everyone working there from the front desk to wait staff is very friendly and helpful. The complimentary "happy hour" is always good as well as the breakfast. The hotel itself is a little on the older side but will be going through a remodel this year. The only downside to my last visit was the condition of the pool area. I guess there was some party goer's there the night before. There was beer bottles and trash all over and no towels stocked. I did try the spa for the first time and got an 80 minute massage. Was a little disappointed because my massage therapist shorted me over twenty minutes. However, I know that doesn't reflect on the hotel just the therapist. I just won't be going back to the spa again. All in all I will be going back to this hotel the next time I am in Hot Springs.

The valet was very nice and found us a luggage cart. The lady who checked us in was fast and very nice. We got to check in about 45 minutes early which was great.
