The house Emmely is located in Glowe and is the declaring part of the dune residence Glowe. The distance to the beautiful beach of Glowe and the most beautiful bay of Rügen (12 km sandy beach), the Schaabe, is only 200 m. they can go directly from the house to the beach. Sales facilities are also located in the immediate vicinity. The house is new and tastefully furnished and offers a lot of space for the guests. a terrace with garden furniture is available, so that everyone can move in peace outside.

In the living area you will feel well even in bad weather. The furniture with solid oak furniture is adapted to the cozy style of the house. To relax, you will find a huge sofa corner made of the finest leather. When the fire in the fireplace flickers, you will certainly experience romantic evenings. If you enjoy the holidays with children, you will appreciate the entertainment equipment with flat screen and hundreds of programs. You can also turn up the sound system properly, because the solid construction means you can not hear a neighbor. The kitchen equipment offers optimal conditions for culinary highlights. Haus hochwertig, Umgebung nervig
Wir hatten mit unserer Familie eine tolle Zeit in dem Haus, welches wir wie folgt bewerten wollen:
- Haus von außen: Neuwertig, große Westterrasse zum Wald hin, Separater Kücheneingang. Praktisch für Einkäufe.
Tolle Gartenmöbel aus Alu. Gott sei Dank keine Plastikstühle. Ein toller festverbauter Grill, den wir fast jeden Abend genutz haben.
- Haus von innen:
- Sanitäreinrichtung: Leider billigster Baumarktware, Am Am Waschtisch im DG.-Bad ist schon das Porzelan gebrochen, die Duschabläufe vorallem im EG.-Bad riechen
stark nach Fäkalien. Wasser in den Ablauf gießen um den Geruchstverschluss zu schließen half nicht. Aus den Duschköpfen kommt wenig Wasser, der Abfluss des DG.-Waschtisches war verstopft. Aus der Küchenarmatur spritzt das Wasser eher mehr um ddas Becken herum als in das Becken. Das empfanden wir alle sehr sehr negativ am Haus.
- Die sonstige Einrichtung wie Betten, Schränke, Esstisch, Stühle, Sofa und Küche sind sehr hochwertig und klasse. Sie sind der grasse Gegensatz zu den Sanitäreinrichtungen. Massivholzschränke und Ledersofa sieht man nicht alle Tage.
- Die Küche ist wirklich großzügig, ja gar üppig, was man von der Küchenausstattung leider nicht behaupten kann. Die Küche wird im Inserat für Gourme-hafte Speisenzubereitungn angepriesen. Das können wir gar nicht bestätigen. Wir kochen sehr gerne und haben daher immer eine Box mit eigenen Messerblock usw. dabei, weil wir wissen, dass in einer Ferienwohnung nicht alles sein kann. Hier aber fehlt es schon an einigen, eher kleinen Dingen.
Wer nicht kochen möchte wird mit der Küche hochzufrieden sein.
- Sauberkeit des Hausses:
Die lässt wirklich zu wünschen übrig. Die Bäder warens sauber, die Zimmer auch bis auf:
Überall im Haus waren die schwarzen Fliesen sehr staubig, sodass wir nach kürzester Zeit scharze Füße hatten. Das Team vom Housekeeping war aber sofort zur Stelle und hatte alles noch einmal gereinigt. Auch die vielen Spinnweben an den Deckenrändern überall im Haus.
Summasumarum geben wir dem Haus die Note 3+

Sehr schönes, modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus
Wir waren mit unserem Ferienhaus sehr zufrieden. Es war sauber, modern eingerichtet und alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Vielen Dank auch für den 2. Hochstuhl und das Kinderbett für unsere beiden Kleinkinder. Ein Hinweis für zukünftige Urlauber - Mückenschutzmittel nicht vergessen! Sie waren sehr zahlreich.
Ansonsten können wir das Objekt nur weiter empfehlen.
