I tried to contact you to cancel the stay because I apparently did not wear the right type of mask required by the state nor did I have the right paperwork - only my passport and a valid PCR test. I asked if they could cancel there but no. I had no idea that there was a problem until I stood at the reception with the result that I had to drive for 14 hours to get home. Not fun

Comfortable and very near autobahn exit
Did not make use of the health/spa facilities Clean German Efficiency for the rest I found the bed small and short but comfortable. Truly a single bed. Often hotels avail queen size beds for single travellers, easy to grow accustomed to The schnitzel was good

Nice clean hotel with great fitness facilities. Breakfast nice as well. Outside of town, but fine if you just want to stay in the hotel. Sound proofing is not good, due to a party in the hotel lots of noise in the corridors and outside.

Hotel and rooms are OK. The ‘Exclusive’ rooms are much nicer than the regular rooms and worth the upgrade. Fitness facilities are super. Staff a little bit slow and grumpy, particularly at breakfast.

The room is very outdated and the pictures in the hotel website paint a far more luxurious picture than the rooms in real life. The restaurant was expensive for the quality food the spa it very good one of the best that I have been in for a while but all in all the extravagance of the hotel is not matched by the rooms but a nice stay.

Vielen Dank für den wirklich besonders schönen Aufenthalt mit hervorragendem Schwimm-/Saunabereich, der wirklich besonderen Saunameisterin Jolie, dem sehr freundlichen Personal in den Gastronomiebereichen sowie in der Reinigung. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Vom Frühstück, übers Zimmer und Spa - alles toll!

Das Haus ist auf den ersten Eindruck etwas in die Jahre gekommen, doch alles ist sehr gepflegt und hat durchaus Charme. Der Service ist an allen Positionen professionell und freundlich. Die Zimmer schick, geräumig mit schönem Bad. Der dem Hotel dazugehörige Wellnessbereich ist außergewöhnlich. Das Speisenangebot war an diesem Abend wahrscheinlich wegen einer Großveranstaltung überschaubar, aber wurde durch das Frühstücksbuffet mehr als ausgeglichen. Das sucht seinesgleichen. Ganz lieben Dank, gerne wieder.
