The formal living room is infused with sunlight as sliding doors open to the north-facing alfresco terrace and swimming pool, drenched in sunlight all day and framing views over the canal. The kitchen is a functional, fully equipped space to prepare meals and comes with a breakfast bar for slow mornings at home. In the evening, cook up a storm on the BBQ then come together around the oversized dining table, followed by movies at home.

A sumptuous primary suite awaits you. It’s set with a stately four-poster bed and enjoys access to the terrace and walk-in robe. Its grand ensuite bathroom showcases an impressive spa bath and opens to the internal courtyard. The second bedroom downstairs offers a queen bed and a beautiful space to rest, with glass sliding doors that open into the courtyard. Heading upstairs you’ll find two queen-sized bedrooms, each with wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms, one of which also comes with a Juliette balcony. The fifth bedroom is great for kids, set with a bunk bed and trundle—all of which are king singles making them suitable for three adults as well. Additionally, the two upstairs bedrooms and the bunk bedroom are equipped with air-conditioning. Parking is provided in the double secure carport. Those travelling with children can also request a travel cot. The pontoon is locked and not available for guest use. This area is monitored by security cameras.
