I was unhappy that they advertise pool area open from 6.30am but ...there are no towels available until 9.30/10am. No staff in attendance until 9.30/10am. Fantastic property and well worth the nightly rate. Instant relaxation from the minute you enter the foyer, that signature scent is divine. All staff from all departments were impeccable, welcoming and friendly. The different dining options and the fresh high quality food offerings were delicious. Hotel facilities are high quality and super clean. So many thoughtful little details which are well executed. Highly recommend staying at The Langham.

Hotel is awesome and enjoyed our stay. Only bad things were 1. Dozens of tiny flys in our room and the corridor like drain flies. 2. The meal at the restaurant said a lamb shoulder which was correct but could not taste the lamb as it was spiced up with Indian flavours.

Beautifully appointed. The staff were excellent, professional and friendly. I booked last minute ie. 2 hours before I checked in! and got an upgrade to a one bedroom apartment. It’s becoming a trend now to have to call for amenities (forgot my toothbrush) which I find slightly annoying but can understand it. On request it turned up promptly. Just a one night stay and only used the hotel bar with my friends, comfortable and welcoming service.
