Room was OK. Just needed a place to rest our heads before hitting the road again the next day. It is way overpriced for what you get. But Golden BC is an expensive place to stay. The carpet had stains on it, and the bathroom was extremely dated. Very pricey for what you get.

i was travelling with my family and the bathroom door didnt even shut properly leave about locking. when we told the owner about it he was laughing at it. Next, when we tried to sleep there were so many mosquitoes in the room. i have never had such a bad experience ever.

The women at the front desk is very kind. And it was super easy to get the key code to my room. I will forsure be coming back here again. It feels like a hotel not a motel

It’s an older motel for sure. Front desk was polite and efficient. Room was ok. Clean quite large. Mini fridge with freezer. Easy parking and walkable location to downtown.

Cute place to rest.
It was a cute two storey motel. It was a bit confusing to find. Our room had 1 queen bed, 1 double and a pullout couch. It also had a small kichenette. It is an older building that has been updated. There was however a musty smell that went away with air conditioner being on all night.

This was the worst motel that I have ever stayed in. The bed was the wrong size (double not queen). The air conditioning didn’t work properly. The tile in the kitchen and bathroom was incomplete. The walkway was barely passable due to chairs for smoking and there was caution tape blocking a portion of the balcony. Bathroom floor was dirty… covered in hair. The rest of the furniture was stained and old… felt like a garage sale. The staff were very nice and allowed us to check out after one (of three) nights because I couldn’t stay there any longer than that.
