The first night I found a tick on my arm. It was late and we were very tired, we asked to be change to another room that was not pet friendly but we were told that all the rooms were pet friendly, they did change us to another room that was in better condition because the first one the bathroom door was broken. I chated with a virtual agent from Hotel.com requesting to please allow us to change to another hotel for our second night night, and the response was that the hotel manager from Hampton Inn would be in contact with us, but no one reached out to us. One of the girl at the front desk was not not friendly at all. I think her name was Sandra. I am so dissapointed with Hampton Inn and also with Hotel.com that I have decided after all these years planning our vacation and booking hotels through them I would not longer use it.
