There was a wedding group staying at the hotel. They returned from the wedding at 1:30 am drunk and noisy. The kept us awake while they continued to party at the fire pit. We asked the front desk why the pool closed at 10 pm, but guests were allowed to party at the fire pit for as late as they wanted? Front desk did not care. We paid a lot log $ for our room, and even inquired at check in about the pool hours. We were assured the pool shut down at 10. Apparently the fire pit had no hours. Super disappointed that the hotel would give priority to the group of partygoers and not to our family with small children. We will not be recommending the Leta to any of our out-of-town guests

Really liked the funky midcentury modern decor of this hotel and while the rooms weren't luxurious, they were well-designed and reasonably spacious. A few notes (not dings, just to inform other travelers' thinking): the property definitely has a party vibe, there were people clustered around the open bar and firepits and pool area and it could get noisy. The air conditioning unit was also pretty noisy although powerful, which I appreciated, and the bed was comfortable (with good pillows) although I wish there had been a fitted sheet. Finally, the staff was friendly - there was some confusion about our included breakfast, which was part of the Expedia package I had paid for, but we got it sorted out.

Loved the pool and the entire vibe of the hotel!! The room we stayed in on first floor had a patio facing the pool and was great! Our only issue was with the shower curtain, which was missing a liner and forced my lady and I to use a lot of towels to soak up the water on the bathroom floor. I know some rooms have updated walk-in showers, The Staff was friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back!

This is a great hotel. Very clean and the staff very friendly.we have the opportunity to use the pool and is nice clean good temperature water.

Courtyard Oasis
Stayed here for 3 nights while daughter did her UCSB orientation. The pool, lounge, cafe area was excellent and I was able to work with good wifi. Our basset hound had a great stay as well.

Liked ambience and staff. Pool is opened until 10 pm. Bed was very comfortable. Did not like my room on the first floor facing the street but that is just me. My room did not have a closet, just a metal rack. Wanted to use the mini fridge but it was not plugged in.

The property was beautiful and very conveniently located, the pool and patio were lovely with fire pits and comfortable chairs. As for our room, I just didn’t think it met Hilton standards. With that said, I have to say I just didn’t think the hotel met Hilton standards. The lobby looked updated and smelled strongly of smoke. The room that I was in was very basic, although I have to say I was assigned without my knowing a handicap ready room. So there was very little counterspace. And the room did have a mildew smell, which was unpleasant. The beds however, were extraordinarily comfortable. And unfortunately, there is a party going on in the room next-door with about 14 people and the people stayed up until 2 AM. Not a great stay.
