Villa Rosa... if you wish to experience a wonderful vacation in an atmosphere of relaxation and privacy, just a few kilometers from the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda and all the amenities of the city, this property is perfect for you! The place is absolutely marvelous; I live here from October to May, and I still feel the excitement as if it were the first time... seamlessly integrated into nature with an exclusively used pool and a beautiful garden. During the summer months, I move into the studio behind the villa to manage the daily cleaning of the park's pool and to offer my clients the utmost in service and assistance with total discretion. The house is simple, as you can see from the photos, but carefully detailed. The context and location make it a 5-star
place. I am very helpful and ready to find solutions... in the house, you will also find the local guidebook, where you can discover all my recommendations for quickly assimilating into the area, from choosing beaches to restaurants, and so on.

magnifique piscine
nous avons passés 17 jours sur place, avec un ciel sans nuage, la température de la piscine etait adéquate pour nous. Jean est un super secrétaire comme il se dit de lui même.Tout est a proximité(rest, magqsin, plage) les restos, plages à proximité sont époustoufflant. Pour ma part les préférés des restaurants la marina braceria in riva (porto rotondo) appelé aussi the bay, le cut &grill est un très bon resto avec ses grillades et son petit cochon. La propriété, la literie un peu dur a notre gout, la cuisine trop basse. Un bémol les moustiques, il y en a beaucoup. sinon un grand merci a Jean, nous avons passé un superbe séjour, je recommande+++ Claudio & Ingrid
