The staff did the best they could, but the place is inconvenient, the construction is archaic, outstanding. The toilet, the bed, the ac, are old fashioned, they're expensive.

A pool would have been very helpful, specially it s very hot.I didn't like the fact I had to pay $25.00 extra to get the room before 3pm check in time and even then I waited 30 minutes before having access to the room. The staff is very friendly and the service is excellent.The location is great, close to the Airport. I would definitely come back.

That was my worst hotel experience yet. Whoever is managing the establishment needs training as well as the office staff. First I waited 5hrs to checking in my room because I couldnā€™t check in before 3pm, and still I wasnā€™t giving a room until 3:30pm. The air didnā€™t work in the room. The other room they gave me had soiled linens, dirty bathroom and dirt all over the floor. Stains all in the bed sheets and pillow cases. The food wasnā€™t good and was super expensive. Seating outside in the yard was quite dusty. But I must say the servers are super nice and professional. And a big shoutout to the security staff as well!
