This house perfectly captures the cooling ocean breezes and the sounds of the nearby crashing waves, creating a definite beachy feel and holiday vibe. Convenient location, close to the beach and other attractions/shops.

About a minute walk away is Goolwa Beach, Bombora Cafe and the Encounter Bikeway. Goolwa Beach is a popular surf spot, cockling area and is patrolled in summer. Within walking distance or a short drive away you'll find the river, boat ramp, Aqua Cafe, a new children's playground, bird hide, golf course, the Goolwa main street and shopping centre.

During your stay, you'll have access to the guest bedroom, bathroom, living room, backyard, and all areas of the house. This property was fantastic. It was in a great location so close to the beach and a nice stroll into the main street etc. I love the open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The backyard was well maintained and a great size for playing a bit of backyard cricket. The only downside was having no WIFI and the reception being very poor it was hard to get online when needed.

Very clean and spacious. Nice back deck as well. Thoughtful supplies of shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dishwasher tablets etc. Really enjoyed our stay.

We loved the proximity to the beach and the size of the kitchen and living areas - made for a very easy stay with teenage children. The rear deck was fabulous, albeit the blinds need repairing. Clean and comfortable. Would recommend and rent again.

We really enjoyed our stay, we- comprising of 3 couples found it very satisfactory. It was very clean, apart from the windows...glass very weather marked. Also could not open the window in the ensuite bathroom. otherwise a fantastic place to stay (especially for golfers!) We would certainly stay there again.
