For the price we were expecting at least a clean place, they have to change room and we ask gor blankets we are 3 ppl and they only have 1 blancket, we have to go to walmart and by our blanckets and towels bc hotel towels looks bad, first room the bed was dirty, and the guy who did the check in was rude. NOT COMING BACK

The place was run down and after my uncle had settled in(I booked for him) he was called to the front desk because a man was complaining that it was his room my uncle was in. He was right. They had put my uncle in the other man's room because they had not paid attention to the name my 75 year old uncle had to pack up and move to a different room. He felt horrible for the other man and understood but it was an inconvenience for him as well. He called the place a dump. No he or no one else is our family will ever stay there.on the reservation. So

The man who checked us in yelled at myself in front of my 9 yr old and made her cry! Our toiket was awful had holes in the seat, others wanted a new room too ! Rooms smelled awful amd A/c didnt work right . Woke up a lot the air quality was awful . I want a refund
