A simple, cozy cottage on a private plot of 996 sqm. The house has a small kitchen and combined dining room and great room. One bedroom and sofa bed in great room. Municipal water and sewer and shower and toilet in a separate building 7 m from the house. The cottage is located by the sea and is adjacent to a large natural area with cows and horses. A rowboat is included in the price. Free parking at a dead-end street. Nice hiking trails and beach walks in the surrounding area. The nearest shopping center is 5 km away to Torslanda and to Gothenburg is 2 mil which you can also ride the bus.

Very pleasant stay in this rental with sea view and ideally located for visiting Gothenburg, the northern archipelago and BohuslƤn. The house was great as was the owner who always listened to us. We enjoyed our stay with magnificent weather!

Great house with sea view
Thank you very much Riitta for the wonderful stay in your lovely house. We felt like home and very thankful for all the helpful information! Rowing in the bay with are son was great fun. This is a wonderful spot to be close to Gotheburg and the nature of all the little islands and the nature park at the coast.

Nettes HƤuschen in traumhafter Lage
Das HƤuschen hat eine sehr schƶne Terrasse mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht aufs Wasser und die Umgebung. FĆ¼r zwei Personen ist es ausreichend groƟ. KĆ¼che und das ausgelagerte Badezimmer sind ein bisschen wie auf dem Campingplatz, aber sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir wurden liebevoll begrĆ¼ĆŸt mit einem Obstteller. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit erreichbar. Kinder sollten etwas grĆ¶ĆŸer sein, denn das KinderhƤuschen ist ein paar Meter weg. Allzu groƟ sollten sie allerdings auch nicht sein, denn es gibt kein WLAN. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt.

The property was very relaxing, with a great View over a little lagoon, completed with your own paddle boat. The connection to Gƶteborg City was either a quick car drive or a short trip by bus. All in all, we were quite satisfied and had a great stay.

Charming cottage in Gothenburg coast
We had a great stay in Ritaā€™s cottage. The house is tiny with private bath and an extra sleeping cabin on the grounds. It is situated right on the cliffy beach with good views and access. Riitta is the perfect host.

Kleines Paradies fĆ¼r Leute, die es gern naturnah haben und keinen Luxus brauchen
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Riittas Haus. Es hat eine wunderbare Lage in einer Bucht. Ein Boot ist auch dabei. Die Kinder haben in einem kleinen separaten HƤuschen geschlafen. Das Bad war auch separat. Der Kontakt mit Riitta war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ƅlteres Haus mit viel Charme
Der Aufenthalt war fantastisch. NatĆ¼rlich ist es ein altes Haus, aber sobald man reingeht spĆ¼rt man den liebevollen Charme. Die Kinder haben ihr eigenes Reich in der separaten HĆ¼tte total genossen. Ein Highlight war auch das Ruderboot, das zu abendlichen Spazierfahrten eingeladen hat. Wir haben es sehr geschƤtzt, dass die Unterkunft nicht modern und gestylt war. Alles ist einfach, etwas abgerockt und gut so. Enkel och liten stuga men vƤldigt mysig och alla bekvƤmligheter finns. PƄ tomten fanns det dessutom en gƤststuga med 2 sƤngar. Mycket vackert lƤge precis vid vattnet. Sehr schƶnes und gemĆ¼tliches HƤuschen
Riitta ist eine sehr hƶfliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin/Vermieterin. Sie brachte uns am ersten Abend sogar noch eine Taschenlampe vorbei. Das Dusche und WC einen eigenen Platz auf dem GelƤnde haben ist kein Problem, besonders nicht fĆ¼r Camper. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder. Traumhafter kleiner Geheimtipp! Bis bald!

GemĆ¼tliches Haus in traumhafter Lage
Das HƤuschen und die Ausstattung sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und einfach gehalten, aber sehr gemĆ¼tlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was es fĆ¼r uns so braucht. In einem zusƤtzlichen HƤuschen befinden sich zwei weitere Betten, im HƤuschen daneben Dusche und WC. Die Lage ist traumhaft! Direkt am Meer, umgeben von Felsen, KĆ¼hen, Pferden und einem eigenen Boot. Wer die ursprĆ¼ngliche Natur mehr schƤtzt als eine Luxusausstattung ist hier genau richtig! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Danke, Riitta!

Traumhafte Lage
Ein schƶnes kleines HƤuschen direkt am Meer in absoluter Ruhe mit allem was man braucht. Die Kinder haben in einem extra HƤuschen Ć¼bernachtet, was absolut kein Problem war. Die Landschaft ist traumhaft, direkt nebenan befindet sich ein Naturschutzgebiet. Das Ruderboot haben wir auch genutzt. Sehr nette Vermieterin. WƤren gerne noch lƤnger geblieben. šŸ™‚

Kleines Haus in groƟartiger Lage
Das schon Ƥltere Haus Ć¼berzeugt mit einer perfekten Lage: Ruhige Nachbarn an nur zwei Seiten, nach Norden direkt ein Naturschutzgebiet in dem man direkt ans Meer spazieren kann. Aufgrund des Alters muss man auf den einen oder anderen Punkt an Komfort verzichten, z.B. kommt beim SpĆ¼len in der SpĆ¼lschĆ¼ssel ein bisschen Camping-Feeling auf und zum Klo muss man eben raus. DafĆ¼r bekommt man eine unĆ¼bertreffliche Lage mitten in einem schwedischen Dorf ohne Hotels oder groƟe Anlagen in der NƤhe und eine sehr gute und zuvorkommende Vermieterin - wir mussten unseren Aufenthalt leider einen Tag verkĆ¼rzen, was problemlos mƶglich war.
