I stayed there for a couple of nights
Upsides:
- location is fine. Not in the city but just a few minutes away from a tram stop and one/two stops away from the city center.
- the room was big, the bed was comfortable and overall it was clean. There is also a kitchen and a laundry area that you can use if needed.
Downsides:
- you are in an INDUSTRIAL AREA and you literally have factories all around you. I did not have any issues but it did not look like the safest place on heart.
- there was a lot of noise coming from the factory downstairs until late at night. Also some noise in the morning. Not sure if this was also happening during the day because I was out.
- I was the only one staying there at that time but the walls between rooms didn’t look very thick, so you might hear noises coming from other rooms.
The guy who runs the place was nice and helpful but when I complained about the noise from the factory he disappeared.
