Good Location and overall stay. Beds not ideal!
Overall the stay was good. The location for my purpose was perfect, a short journey from the customers I need to visit and the event I attended. The onsite resturant was fine and met my needs, the food was well prepared and good value for money. Larger groups may find the choice limited, but for my trip it was fine. The only negative would the beds (personal preference) they were far too soft and provided little support. The pillows were problematic in terms of their size.. far to large with no give and far too much spring - resulting in their ejection from the bed each night and a poor slepp,

The breakfast was amazing. The main disappointment was returning to my room at 20:00 after a long day to discover that the housekeeping requested at check-in was not completed. I ended up having to get more towels at the front desk and forgo the cleaning.

This hotel's amenities is very poor. There is no mini bar in the rooms. No save box, no cupboard and no slippers in the rooms. Cleanness of the room was poor and dust was over the edges. The size of the rooms are very small. We had a family room for four people but the size of the room was suitable for two person at the most. The cabin shower leaked water to the bathroom and there was no shampoo or body gel in the bath. The only positive point with this hotel is its breakfast. The hotel was fully booked and there is four lifts to going up and down 21 floor. So you have to wait 3 to 5 minutes for the lifts. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.
