This beautifully restored beach cottage has all the charm of days gone by, enhanced by modern comforts.

Please be aware, construction has commenced adjacent to the property.

Crisp white walls throughout enhance the beautiful timber floors, and carefully selected art and furniture complete this playfully quaint beach house!

Set on one level, with three bedrooms, one bathroom, air-conditioning throughout, guests can be sure of comfort all year around. The homes kitchen is well stocked for all types of entertaining and includes a stand-alone chef's gas oven. The dining area has pleasant ocean views and entertaining is easy with open plan living or open the sliders and enjoy alfresco whilst looking straight into the barrelling waves of the famous North Point surf break!

Some 'extra' facilities Grace offers include private outdoor shower, WIFI, large outdoor setting, gas BBQ, huge kids room rumpus room complete with second huge flat screen TV.

This is a wonderful find for families wanting the idyllic beachfront holiday. No complications but every comfort.

Please note: This property includes all linen and towels.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Amazing living and deck areas. Beds are all very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen for large groups. Unbeatable deck/outdoor space. Even saw whales from the deck one evening! Highly recommend.

A few nice upgrades since we last stayed which was appreciated and new helpful instructions. BBQ remains an issue (not clean) so we didn't end up using it at all. Suggest replace with a Weber which is much easier for quests to clean

The Perfect Getaway !!
A dream home away from home. So convenient and close to the shop and the coast with fantastic views. Probably the most well furnished and appointed property I've stayed in. Kitchen well equipped and everything works! The bottle of wine was a very nice touch. We'll definitely be back !! Thank you :)

This was our 2nd visit to Grace. We love the convenience and location of the home. A short walk to the beach and Gracies. Views of the surf spots and the perfect sundowner experience.

Very good but...
A lovely property, very well situated and an excellent communication with the property manager. The property, however, is somewhat on the expensive side compared to larger local Gracetown properties with better views. It also needs more thorough maintenance and checking out before guests arrive, even if the response time to glitches from the property manager was absolutely excellent. Floors need repolishing too and the barbecue needs a thorough cleaning - I cleaned the part I used. PS: far too many cushions on the couches - but that is not part of my assessment!
