Schöner Urlaub in toplage
Das Navi fand anfänglich die Adresse nicht und es war erst Niemand erreichbar. Klappte dann aber Alles zuverlässig. Die Lage ist top direkt am Meer. Die Wohnung ist sehr klein aber für 1-2 Personen ausreichend.

Sehr gute Unterkunft im App.3 für 2 Personen ausreichend,wenn auch klein, nicht unbequem.
Sehr schöner kleiner Urlaubsort, das Appartment ist nur eine Minute vom Strand entfernt. Am Strand kann man die gemütlichen Liegen benutzen und hat ausreichend Platz zum entspannen,Baden und Sonnen. Im Ort findet man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gemütliche Restaurants,die zu Fuß zu erreichen sind .

Kleine Wohnung, gut ausgestattet, nette Vermieter
Wir haben mit unserem Hund im August 2016 2 Wochen im Apartment 3 verbracht. Nach dem ersten kleinen Schreck, dass die Wohnung doch sehr klein ist, haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist neu und gepflegt, das Bad ebenfalls, alles tip top sauber. Die Umgebung ist super, auch das spazieren gehen mit dem Hund war super (oberhalb der Schnellstraße). Am Strand stehen Sonnenliegen zur Verfügung, Sonnenschirme ebenfalls gratis zum ausleihen. Auf der Gemeinschaftsterrasse steht zur Privatnutzung ein Tisch und Stühle zur Verfügung. Rundherum waren wir sehr zufrieden.
Im Treppenhaus steht eine Waschmaschine, die jederzeit (wenn frei) genutzt werden kann,
Zur Grundausstattung der Küche gehört Salz, Pfeffer etc., sogar Toilettenpapier ist ausreichend da. Auf Nachfrage haben wir sofort neue Handtücher bekommen. Sogar ein kostenloser Putzdienst hätte genutzt werden können, den wir aber nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. Die Putzfee ist ebenfalls sehr nett und setzt die Wünsche gleich um.
In der ersten Woche gab es lediglich Schwierigkeiten mit dem TV, der allerdings dann komplett gegen einen neuen/größeren ausgetauscht wurde. Aufgrund der "Unannehmlichkeiten" gab es sogar ein kleines Geschenk....
Die Vermieterin kam zum Empfang und sogar am Abend vor der Abreise zur Verabschiedung, was wir so auch noch nicht erlebt haben.
Wer auf kleinem Raum auskommt und die Wohnung "nur zum schlafen" benutzt, ist hier richtig.
Sollten wir in dieser Gegend noch einmal Urlaub machen, würden wir gerne nochmal wieder kommen, eventuell im Strandhaus JELA, weil dieses wohl laut Aussage von Miturlaubern direkt am Strand und keine Ortsstraße dazwischen, die allerdings wirklich ruhig und kaum von Autos genutzt wird, weil die Schnellstraße über Zaostrog verläuft.
Das Strandhaus IVA befindet sich eher Richtung Ortsausgang von Zaostrog, so dass auch der Strand nicht ganz so voll war wie in der Ortsmitte.

A wonderful peaceful place
Te apartment is small but sweet. The beach is 20m away. You get everything you need. Everything is clean and almost new.
I would recommend it to anyone.

Schönes Appartement, perfekte Lage
Das Appartement ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ordentlich ausgestattet, sauber und in perfekter Lage.
Es ist nur durch eine schmale Straße vom Strand getrennt und befindet sich am äußeren Ende der Strandpromenade, wo nicht soviel Trubel herrscht.
Die Promenade zieht sich ca 2,5 km am Strand entlang und man kann dort gut essen gehen und kleinere Einkäufe erledigen.
Für größere Einkäufe ist der Ort Ploce gut erreichbar ( mit dem Auto ca 15 Minuten , wo es mehrere Supermärkte, ( unter anderem Lidl ) gibt.
Wanderfreunde können sich auf der nahegelegenen Gebirgskette austoben.
Es stehen Parkplätze, Liegen, Sonnenschirme, ein Grill auf der Gemeinschaftsterasse und eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung.
Kleine Haken sind lediglich, dass das Appartement wirklich sehr klein ist, d. h. man muss alles gut verstauen und immer Ordnung halten, und,dass keine Spülmaschine vorhanden ist.

Wunderschön
Wir verbrachten Anfang Juni eine herrliche Woche in Zaostrog. Es war noch überhaupt nicht voll und wir konnten die Ruhe, das herrliche Meer und leckeres Essen genießen. Die Ferienwohnung war super sauber, schön gelegen und mit hervorragenden Betten ausgestattet. Auch wenn die Wohnung keinen Balkon hat ( was wir vorher wußten), so konnten wir die herrliche Dachterasse mit Blick aufs Meer nutzen.
Wir kommen wieder.
