The villa has a naturally made swimming pool where the water is filtered with salt and magnesium. In the immediate surroundings of the house, you can find olive groves, fields, woods and many fruit trees.

In the vegetable garden, you can find pumpkins, courgettes, cucumbers, tomatoes, cabbage, beans, peas, and lettuce. There are multiple options for outdoor dining around the place.
