I liked the apartment. We were able to walk to local market and buy food to make breakfast. Apartment has everything you need. Beds a bit hard. It is noisy at night from people walking in the street but once asleep it didn’t bother me. Close to walk to the Alhambra and Plaza Nueva. Love the cobblestone street and alley near property reminded me of my mom’s hometown.

Close to Alhambra, transportation to the Alhambra (bus stop), many places to eat around the area (walkable). One washer/dryer on location, but seemed to be rarely used by others. Only issue was getting to the apartment, if you have a limited mobility person with you, just be aware you must take stairs to apartment otherwise closest way to get to apartment without steps would be from another street. This can be mapped out on google maps, but could be challenging due to distance.

Good location near Al Hambra. It is not a hotel, it is B&B, and taxi cannot bring you to the building because is in an elevated alley. So if you have luggage you would need to to carry it up a flight of steps to the street then drag it on a very rough road for about 100 feet, which may break the wheels on your luggage. So we had to carry our luggage, and that was not pleasant.

Stayed in room 101 for two nights in Feb with my wife and son. The location is amazing - very close to the Alhambra but also close to the city so it's easy to walk to both. The room was very clean and had a nice rustic vibe. The price was very competitive. The main negative was the noise. I think we must have been directly above the laundry as we could hear washing machines constantly until midnight both nights. Also flushing toilets etc. The only other point I would make is that it's down a cobbled alleyway so not easy to get to with heavy wheeled bags. Probably the perfect place for younger people to stay in Granada.

Parking nightmare
The room was fine and in a nice location in the center of town. However, it is on a pedestrian only street and parking in town was extremely difficult and we ended up walking 20 minutes through very narrow streets with cars speeding by us while dragging our luggage and navigating our four children. This is all fine except that it wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the website or in the multiple emails about checking in where we were required to complete an extensive online form in advance of checking in since there is no reception desk or staff at the property. Once we arrived there was a poster in the lobby explaining that the property has a parking arrangement with another property and guests can use their lot. Needless to say, once you are renting reading the poster in the lobby it is much too late for this information. It would have been extremely helpful if parking information was included in the multiple emails about arrival/door codes etc. we arrived tired and angry and it was easily avoidable with better communication.
