The hotel is luxurious in every aspect. The staff was outstanding and the service impeccable. The concierge went above and beyond in helping us obtain online concert tickets when we had problems with the venue’s website. Most places we went in Granada were easily walkable but the hotel also arranged private transportation for us when we needed. Our five night hotel stay was truly memorable.

I can’t fault this hotel. The staff were attentive and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is newly open and was spotless. Real care and attention has been spent on fitting out a historic building with beautiful furniture and fittings. It’s a central spot and easy to get anywhere in Granada you need from the hotel. I will be recommending it to all my friends - thank you for a fabulous stay.

Very beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and kind and friendly staff! They upgraded our room spontaneously and their breakfast was excellent giving guests options of made to order omelets and large a la cart items. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

I can not speak highly enough of the staff! They are welcoming & accommodating, taking their time to take care of your individual needs & requests. They make the stay personal & do their upmost to make sure you are comfortable & happy during your stay. The hotel is an old bank with some of its existing features in the reception area, the rooftop is phenomenal & it was overall just a wonderful experience. 10/10 would recommend!
