Perfect for families and friends, our spacious house with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. We provide you with all linens, bathroom and pool towels, dishes and dinnerware, kitchenware and more.

But what truly sets us apart are our incredible entertainment options. Take advantage of our upstairs game room featuring a variety of games like foosball table, pinball machine, life-size children safe dart game and more.

A: The closest public boat ramp via car is across from Mesquite Pit restaurant on Pearl St. (It is a 14 minute drive) The restaurant address is 919 E Pearl St, Granbury. The entrance to the boat ramp area is directly across from it on the other side of of Pearl St.

Q: Where can I park my boat and trailer?
A: A trailer/boat can be parked in the driveway.

Q: Is the pool heated?
A: No, but you can still find my kids swimming in it most of the year .

Wonderful and relaxing home on the lake
We stayed for a long weekend to celebrate a birthday. The host was wonderful with communicating quickly and accommodating us! The home was great for our family with small kiddos, plus some friends that came for the day to enjoy the pool and lake. I will say the pool is on the small side, but it ended being perfect for our group. The mosquitos can get insane at dusk so bring your spray! The house had everything we needed for cooking. I would also recommend bringing your own pillows, the ones here are massive and we thought fairly uncomfortable. Otherwise we had a great time and made some wonderful memories!

Little piece of heaven
Our stay was from Monday, 9/2 - Thursday 9/5 and we throughly enjoyed our time at this lovely little place on the lake! The house was as described and well appointed. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and using the pool even though it rained every day of our stay. We also enjoyed the dart board in the game room. The house had all the necessities you would need. The house was decorated cutely and very comfortable. Everything was clean, and the house presented well. The host, Dawn, is as sweet as they come! She's very nice and was always quick to respond and was super helpful with anything that you may need regarding the house or the area. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great property!
We had such a wonderful time at the house! The pool was so awesome! We had 2 kids with us and they loved the pool and the game room. The house was stocked with all the things you’d need. The house is very nice and 3 couples and 2 kids fit great. Before we left I was already looking at the calendar on when we could visit again.

Amazing House
Really had a relaxing stay. We loved swimming in the pool and watching the boats on the lake, the patio had plenty of seating and was very comfortable. We all enjoyed the game room, from age 3 to 73. The beds were comfortable, everything was very clean and the host was a great communicator. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Relaxation
