Located in a residence completed in 2021 of 10 secure apartments with caretaker, this apartment of 154 m2 in 2nd line front of the sea, offers a relaxing setting for a stay where charm and serenity are harmoniously combined. The apartment is on the 1st floor, accessible by elevator or stairs, thus offering optimal comfort. In addition, you benefit from two private parking spaces reserved exclusively for this apartment. Upon your arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by Rebecca, our hostess, who will take the time to introduce you to the apartment and all its features (TV, Wi-Fi, etc.).

Relax in an elegant lounge, equipped with a TV and a ceiling fan. Although not air-conditioned, the opening of the bay window allows you to enjoy the sea air that pleasantly refreshes the room. The fully equipped American kitchen offers all the modern comforts: induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and all the kitchen essentials. It opens onto the living room and a dining table that can accommodate 6 people. Outside, the covered terrace (with sea view) offers a second dining table for 6 people, garden furniture, a ceiling fan for more comfort, as well as a gas barbecue ideal for your moments of conviviality.

Outside, in the common garden, a shared pool of 10 x 3.5 meters and 1.40 meters deep awaits you. Enjoy the sun thanks to the sunbathings made available to you free of charge, perfect for moments of relaxation and relaxation.
