Located in a residence completed in 2021 of 10 secure apartments with caretaker, this apartment of 154 m2 in 2nd line front of the sea, offers a relaxing setting for a stay where charm and serenity are harmoniously combined. The apartment is on the 1st floor, accessible by elevator or stairs, thus offering optimal comfort. In addition, you benefit from two private parking spaces reserved exclusively for this apartment. Upon your arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by Rebecca, our hostess, who will take the time to introduce you to the apartment and all its features (TV, Wi-Fi, etc.).

Relax in an elegant lounge, equipped with a TV and a ceiling fan. Although not air-conditioned, the opening of the bay window allows you to enjoy the sea air that pleasantly refreshes the room. The fully equipped American kitchen offers all the modern comforts: induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and all the kitchen essentials. It opens onto the living room and a dining table that can accommodate 6 people. Outside, the covered terrace (with sea view) offers a second dining table for 6 people, garden furniture, a ceiling fan for more comfort, as well as a gas barbecue ideal for your moments of conviviality.

Outside, in the common garden, a shared pool of 10 x 3.5 meters and 1.40 meters deep awaits you. Enjoy the sun thanks to the sunbathings made available to you free of charge, perfect for moments of relaxation and relaxation.

The apartment has three bedrooms, one with a private bathroom (en suite), while the other two share a bathroom. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans for your comfort. Each room has a dressing room and each private bathroom has a walk-in shower.

For your comfort, we provide bed linen, as well as bath towels and beach towels.

These little touches are planned to allow you to enjoy your stay immediately. However, it will be up to you to complete these elements according to your needs (toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher tablets, coffee, laundry).

During your stay, you will benefit from a complete maintenance service. The apartment is kept in an impeccable condition thanks to the passage of the cleaning lady Valérie or Hema once a week, as well as the regular interventions of the gardeners and pool specialists of the co-ownership. In case of need, our maintenance service, provided by Noah, will be available to respond quickly to any request or technical problem.

The apartment is ideally located to meet all your needs upon your arrival. Just 11 minutes by car (4.4 km) you will find the Super U shopping center, and 9 minutes (4 km) away the La Croisette shopping center, which houses an Intermarché and many shops. These two shopping areas offer everything you need for your purchases, whether it's groceries, fresh produce or other amenities.

As for the beaches, you are close to many of the most beautiful beaches on the island:
