Great for family
This is a gem of a hotel, especially for a family. Everywhere you look there is something fun to do. 2 pools, a bowling alley, an arcade, E-bike rentals, and 2 nice restaurants. Reasonable price for a hotel that has more than most and is still relatively small.

Very comfortable and relaxing facilities. Loved using the pool and hot tub! Great place to stay while visiting the Grand Canyon!

Sadly only 1 night but the hotel is packed full of amenities and very family friendly - arcade, smores , elk and multiple dining or quick serve options . Only negative is waiting in line for the free coffee.

Nice location within 5 minutes of entrance to grand canyon. Very clean, quiet and smores at night by the fire was tremendous. Staff was super helpful and made check in n out easy

Close to the park
A good location near the park entrance. Indoor and outdoor pool and nice restaurants. The room was totally okey nothing fancy just basic hotel room

Stayed here for our Grand Canyon wedding 5 years ago and decided to stay again. Clean property with friendly staff. Only issue is that i called a week prior to ask staff to put something in the room (thinking flowers, candy,etc.) for our anniversary and id pay for it. Also requested helicopter tour info. She said she would send the info to my email and forward the request to the manager and she would contact me to work something out. Never got the info and manager never called. After we checked in, got a knock on the door and received a goody bag with a discount card for food, a card that said happy anniversary, and a bag of Cheezits....seriously. Gee thanks... We plan on returning to GC every 5 years of marriage. Will, unfortunately, not stay here again.

Excellent option just 10 minutes from the view
Everything was excellent, services, theme, food, ambient, size and comfort of the rooms, the only reason i give it 4 stars is because the refrigeration malfunctioned and by the time we reported the issue it was to late to change rooms, they provide a fan to help with the heat. Next morning the people at the front desk were to busy to get bothered with such a little concern and just gave us the quick answer that they were to pass the complaint to the manager. At the end such person got in contact with us and offered a sincere apology an offer to get rid of fees and some of the cost of the stay so it was a nice gesture that showed care and empathy.

Management capitalize from property location, rooms suppose to be renovated 20y ago, they renovated lobby and restaurants, but rooms have strong mold issues, and bathrooms are outdated( been outdated 20y ago),only cool thing is hotel location and they know that ,for that they are not pushed to improving

Excellent service at the front desk. I mentioned my VIP perks and was automatically rewarded! Not to mention the front desk agent Chris was exceptional. I told him the room smelled like smoke and they took care of the situation immediately by changing our room.

Good option near Grand Canyon
Stayed here as it was close to the Grand Canyon. Service was good, room was comfortable, we has a rollaway bed which my daughter said wasn't very comfortable though. Pool was nice but quite busy. Smores by the firepits was a nice treat. Breakfast was good but had to wait for drinks as no self serve options.
