Nicely located, we were in the auxiliary building and the Breakfast attendant was awesome, had trouble with the bedroom tv and it took several attempts to correct it.

Staff were great! I’ll give the breakfast team an A . They were over and above service for a seemingly full occupancy both days we were there. I was to give a special shout-out to Imelda in the dining room. She is a Rock Star. . The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Other than that, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

It’s in the great Location, the facility everything is pretty good, staff are very friendly A especially servers at breakfast, they come to every table offering help to bring coffee and Juice, even help to bring food too. I pay attention to things most folks overlook. The corner between the tub and wall was a bit grungy. Maintenance should caulk these areas so that it’s easier for housekeeping to keep them clean. The staff was EXCELLENT!!! Other lodging should observe this staff and use it as their standard.

The staff was great, the rooms need some remodeling. The first room we got to he AC did not work but they quickly put us in another room. The beds are firm if you like that and water pressure is okay, and be careful of the water temperature, it can change quickly and could scald you if not careful. Overall, it was a good one night stay and safe place to sleep.

Stayed one night while visiting the Grand Canyon. I don't normally eat breakfast but the elevation had me eating lol. Because of that I got to enjoy the lady serving the free breakfast area. SHE WAS AMAZING. I went with my parents but stayed in separate rooms. I tell you that because we ate separately. But when I was telling my mom about the helpful lady, she confirmed that she was just as helpful to them. The breakfast lady alone is worth staying here. I guess the elevation had me wanting to eat more than I normally do, so even if you skip breakfast, you might not here. And she is amazing taking care of guests. Rooms were beautiful. Decent eating options within walking distance. Extremely clean. It was perfect.
