The ADA room we booked was stone cold when we arrived. The thermostat instructions were not available. Trying to heat the room was a problem because the thermostat is centrally controlled and had to be reset. By the time the room warmed up it was 3:00 AM. The fan ran all night along with a strobing smoke detector and a red indicator mounted adjacent to the heater register which rattled all night. Paid a lot of money for a resort room but got no sleep. Unacceptable.

We had a great time at the resort, our room was clean and spacious. The location is ideal for visiting the National Park. We used their hot tubs, arcade and fire pits. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the Grand Canyon area.

Was nice but the public areas of the lobby and hallways of my building were all very cold, to the point that it may have been an issue with the heating system. My room was comfortable and the staff were all nice and attentive.

Loved it! They had an arcade, free Starbucks coffee (from a vending machine) and best of all it was super close to the Grand Canyon. Locked myself out of my room and the staff was able to help me instantly

What do you expect for a remote area at gates of Grand Canyon. Average! Place is stuck in 1970’s time warp, had the feeling of a time share sales scam. Room was clean, staff were average at best for draw for personnel in area must be limited. Food gets a 1 for it was cold, sub fast food quality, and dining area had food all over floor and we were first in dining area. If your looking for a convenient place to stay that is almost next door to Grand Canyon park entrance and have low expectations for lodging, then this is for you. Just need to find off premises food.

Staff was kind and helpful. Enjoyed the self serve convenience store. Indoor swimming pool was great. Some dislikes: During our stay there was a alot of renovation going on, not sure how long more it will be, but equipment and room furniture were laying in the hallways. It was an inconvenience to walk from room to main building since you would have to walk outside in the cold. Hotel restaurant food was average, not worth the price. Overall stay was ok, didn’t feel like a resort just a regular hotel.

A lot of the restaurants on the property are super expensive. And not worth going out to eat. The restaurant inside the hotel was the best experience we had. I’d recommend staying there and eating.
