This property was beautiful! Check-in was flawless and the room was decent, clean! I appreciated the heater in the bathroom. I appreciated the EV charging on the property but it was far from my room. There is also a sufficient Supercharger across the street if necessary. We ate in the pub in the basement and that was decent as well. There is a restaurant in the lobby but a reservation is necessary.

I loved the decor and ambiance, staff was genuninely friendly. Plenty of parking. The amenities were very nice and location great. Great for families and friend trips. Close to the Grand Canyon and some shopping and grocery. Nice room size.

We were not offered the room upgrade upon check in, nor were we given/offered the $20 breakfast voucher. We were just told that breakfast was available for $20 per person and not included as part of the stay. On our last day we did some exploring of the hotel and discovered the arcade had a bowling alley. We weren't made aware of any amenities upon check in. They clearly focus on the beauty of the main building but we were placed in building 3000. The ground floor halls were super perfume-y smelling and it seemed like they were trying to cover up a bad smell. The carpet in our room was stained in multiple places. It was fine for the 2 nights we were there but definitely room for improvement. The gift shop is lovely and has everything you might need. The lady working in the gift shop was very pleasant and helpful.
