I like that it had a hot tub but when I went to use it there was a couple in there possible engaging in an inappropriate position. I quickly left and was disappointed and disgusted.

Completely renovated property inside and out. Cool grays and whites in room. AC worked well. Bathroom upscale. Comfortable bed and pillows. Automated coffee set up in morning worked like a charm.

This is the only place we stay when we go to Flagstaff. The rooms are spacious and always clean, and the balcony/outdoor areas are amazing to sit out and enjoy the weather (especially when it's snowing!). My only complaint with this happened this last stay. I was waiting to check in, and there was someone checking in in front of me. They asked the person at the desk if they had any availability, to which he replied that they had 10 rooms available. When I asked if he had any rooms available, I was told that they were sold out. This was discouraging, but won't stop us from staying there in the future!
