Checked in. Asked the lady if there was anyway possible to get top floor she said they were empty tonight and weren’t putting anyone up there because they only had one housekeeper. Ok. I’m fine with that. Get our key room smells, poorly lit lighting so you can see how filthy it is. loose long hair strands on a pillow, crumbs on one of the bed sheets. Went and asked for 2 extra pillows cause I need 2 for my head cause I’m a side sleeper and I have bad hips and needed a pillow between my legs. She says they only have 2 extra pillows and they just gave them out. Seriously? 2 extra pillows? I asked for possibly pillows from empty room since they had 1 other car in the parking lot. She said no. Husband went down and asked for a pillowcase for the obviously dirty pillow. Spiderwebs obvious on several of the walls above beds and drapes. Bathroom had a lot of mold in the shower and on the ceiling. You didn’t even have to look it was soooo obvious!! What the heck?! I was gonna cancel our other night here but we were already charged and non refundable…😡 like seriously. When hotels are obviously this bad, and you can prove it to the people right after check in within minutes, it should be mandatory that they have to allow you to cancel and reimburse you.. NEVER AGAIN. Felt like I needed shower shoes! Felt like I had cooties after a shower that shampoo and conditioner was not included… thank goodness my young daughter had have a mind and took the shampoo and conditioner from our last
