We are very pleased with Red Feather Lodge. The rooms are very nice and the bed is extra comfortable. We have stayed at lots of hotels this year while visiting 9 national parks in the USA and 3 in Canada. That's how we are celebrating our 50th anniversary. So far in 2024 we have been to Yosemite (and Tahoe), Kings Canyon, Sequoia, Zions, Bryce (and Antelope Canyon), Olympic, Glacier, Yellowstone, Grand Canyon, Waterton, Banff, and Jasper. The Red Feather Lodge rates high out of all the places we have stayed this year.

Our room was in the oldest part of the hotel and it had been updated in the vanity area of the bathroom. The carpeting was old and dark. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent in fixing problems such as replacing a broken coffeemaker.
