This place is a jewel. Our room was small but spotless! The bed was comfortable with nice linens. The bathroom was so clean. The shower is a bit small but it sure felt good. The amenities were very nice. Breakfast was cooked to order and was delicious. If you’re traveling in the Grand Falls area, I would highly recommend The Carriage House.

This is a lovely property in a quiet residential area, away from the main highway. At the reception desk you check yourself in, greeted by a note with your name on it and information about your stay and instructions to text your preferred breakfast time. We did not see the owners/innkeepers until breakfast the next day. Breakfast was average. Very little interaction with the innkeepers which we found a bit awkward, but there were two very nice couples to chat with over breakfast.

We didn’t use the laundry as it had someone’s work clothes left wet in the washer! And bags of laundry in front if the machines. Seemed to be a longer tenant moved in……
