Staff was wonderful
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms have not been updated in years. There is no elevator, so don’t take anything you can’t carry. Serious issues with housekeeping staff, had to be moved to 3 different rooms due to rooms not being clean.

I would never go back there again. My family arrived and the first room we had was a king with couch pull out. We pulled out couch and it has mouse poop all over it. We went and said we won’t take that room they were very nice and gave us another room so the first thing we did was checkthe couch . This couch had stains that looked like semen on it and when the couch was opened it had stains and crumbs on it. Now we booked thru Expedia and trying to get refund back because they could provide service we have to fight to get my money back as I would not give them a third chance.
