The stay was ok. The girl that checked is in was pleasant and offered tips about where to go and what to do. Other than her, no one else ever spoke to us when we were coming and going. I booked this place because it had a pool and when we got there the pool was closed and a sign said it would close on November 11th. When we asked about it the kid at the front said he thought it was closed until November 11thšŸ˜’ I would have booked elsewhere had I known this. I also donā€™t like that they only clean your room every 2 days. Iā€™m used to the room being cleaned and bed being made daily. The breakfast was good and the room was large and clean. There wasnā€™t many people staying the weekend we stayed so it was quiet other than the person above us. Everytime they walked we could hear it in our room and they were a late to go to bed and early to rise. Although I didnā€™t have a terrible experience, I wouldnā€™t stay here again.

Pool was closed. This was a surprise as this was not disclosed when I reserved the room in advance. I was told to just go to the CanadaInn and pay for their water park but at $10 a head, thatā€™s a lotā€¦when Iā€™ve just spent over $600 for two rooms for two nights ! Why they didnā€™t broker a deal with the Baymont across the parking lot is beyond me! The parking lot had broken Corona bottles and glass right out front in the handicapped parking area making walking with a cane difficult. The TV had lots of channels but nothing watchable as it was very scrambled and the audio quality was terrible. Beds were super firm. Not particularly comfortable. We have stayed here many other times and this is the first time we have been so disappointed..

We went to stay for a night specifically for the kids to swim and have fun. The pool was in very poor shape. There was sheet rock removed from a portion of the ceiling. The water was freezing. The door was off of the bathroom in the pool area and the other door was blocked. In our room the fridge still had contents from the previous persons stay. There was candy in the couch cushions and it just felt a little dirty.

The young man at check in seemed irritated that I came to check in and just tossed my card and ID back at me. After we got checked in and set up my remote work stuff and got my service dog settled. I then went to put my items in the bathroom and the floor was covered in hair. At this point I had everything set up and didnā€™t want to hassle with a move. I told the front desk to let the housekeeper know took photos, and cleaned it up myself. The breakfast was good and the room was kept clean.

The rooms were comfortable. Beds were pretty soft but definitely could feel and hear every move my husband made since it was squeaky. Breakfast was very good. Pool was cold and hot tub was very hot so it felt good.
