Very clean, and friendly. Great location near restaurants and shopping. It is in the same parking lot as the Alerus Center and attached to the Alerus Center is a hotel with a great indoor water park for kids, You can buy daily passes.

Walls are too thin and room next doors tv was left on volume on high most of the night. Had to involve front desk staff at 3 am twice to have them turn it off. Least to say I didn’t sleep!

Stayed here for a quick shopping getaway. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Service was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast each morning was nice - nothing fancy but it got the job done. Room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Great staff, clean rooms
The staff were all really friendly and helpful! The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The walls are very thin, could hear my neighbors tv easily. The breakfast was good, eggs, bacon, sausages, cereal, breads and bagels etc. Very close to Alerus center, backside of the hotel overlooks the Alerus parking lot. I would stay here again because of the staff, even if the people staying at the hotel arent the best, rude guests being loud in hallways late at night and very early morning and sitting at breakfast tables long after they are finished eating and taking multiple chairs from other tables even though the breakfast area was packed and there was no other available seating.

The staff was kind and proceedings and the room and facilities were clan and quiet. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sleep Inn too anyone looking for a relaxing place to rest.
