My husband and I came to Grand Forks/East Grand Forks for my class reunion. We were quite impressed with the Olive Ann. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious food at Skies 322. How lovely to have a beautiful hotel with a great dining experience right in it.

This hotel was absolutely incredible. From the moment we pulled up and had complimentary valet service, shuttle service to and from our concert venue, turn down service etc..... The hotel its self is stunning and has lots to offer. My friends and I stayed here and said to each other, it is now the only Grand Forks hotel we will book. Such a boutique hotel experience. Cant wait to return!

Beautiful hotel! I had never gone to downtown Grand Forks and had no idea how lovely it was. The shuttle to the concert was a pleasant surprise and the restaurant at the hotel was excellent.

Hotel was nice but very pricey lol, right in the heart of downtown grand forks which was nice, everything was about a 10 minute drive away (wal mart, target etc) there was a mini bar in the room as an option as well, room was very clean. Felt safe in the area overall even at night. Would stay again & would recommend.

The customer service here is wonderful. The lobby is so welcoming and the Cafe on the ground floor is so convenient. The rooms were comfortable and the beds were incredibly cozy.

I have been to many hotels for my short stays in Grand Forks, but will surely be making the Olive Ann Hotel a main stay for the future. This is hands down the most high class service and a sight to see with many antique fixings in the room. I was on the second floor and the ceilings have to be at least 15 feet high with a massive glass window that brings in so much natural light with a clean crisp room to go along with it. The washroom is that out of a magazine with marvellous tile and full glass walk in shower. The mini bar is a nice touch as well even though I didn't use it, there is plenty of space for your clothes and it has all the finishings you expect from a hotel room, steamer, ample towels, and shampoos/conditioners. The valet service is a fantastic touch and change up compared to hotels where you have to park yourself, don't get me wrong I have no issue but the fact this is offered makes your stay that much better. Once again, incredible stay and the customer service is top notch. I had an issue with my Canadian credit card, but discussion with the manager and staff they were super caring and got it sorted in quick order. Will be staying here in the future with great coffee shops, insomnia cookie, and bars to head out to just 1 minute walk away!

A fabulous luxurious stay
A fabulous hotel stay with luxury! Valet was prompt and friendly, turndown service top notch. The shower had fantastic water pressure, very clean, comfortable beds and oh the pillows - perfect! The high ceilings and windows were magnificent. An all around 5 star hotel. We definitely will be back and will recommend to friends and family!
