Summer Breeze is located just 100 yards from public Lake Michigan beach access at Grand Haven State Park, with private association stairs leading you down to the water. This newly renovated Grand Haven home is the perfect location for your vacation destination. Nestled in the trees with beautiful water views, you are sure to relax and recharge at this beach house. Enjoy your days at the beach, soaking up the sun. In the evening, use the gas grill for a meal or watch the sunset from the patio while roasting smore's over the fire. No matter what you chose to do, this vacation home is just minutes away from all of your favorite things to do!

This cottage features 6 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms throughout three levels of the home. The lower level has a separate entrance below the porch. Bedroom 1 is on the main level and has a full bed with an attached full bathroom. Bedroom 2 is on the upper level with a queen bed. Bedroom 3 is on the upper level with two twin beds. Bedroom 4 is on the upper level and has a king bed and a futon. The other two bedrooms are on the lower level, bedroom 5 has full bunks, and bedroom 6 has a full bed. There is also a full bathroom on the lower level. PLEASE NOTE: The entrance to the lower level is outside. The home is spacious and open and the living area on the main level looks out to water views. This is not a pet friendly property.

Girls Weekend
This house was wonderful for our girls weekend. Close to great restaurants downtown and cute stores. The only complaint we had was the sheet situation on some of the beds. Flat sheets were used instead of fitted sheets. A couple of the beds had the flat sheet that kept riding down. Other than that slight issue, we loved the house and all it had to offer!

Wonderful view from back porch of Lake Michigan. Some of the bedrooms are very small with large beds making it difficult to access the beds from both sides. Screen door to back porch did not slide well. Ants in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom door in basement does not close

Great view and location….Top 2 floors are great…. Downstairs a little campy but still fine. We watched people surfing on Lake Michigan(!). And had a delicious breakfast at Morningstar Cafe.

I’m from Michigan live in Georgia. My family and I rented Summer Breeze for a long vaca!!!! Had 8 adults and 2 younger kids. Space for everyone!!! Had a porch with the view, Michigan has the best sunsets!!! Watched the Masters in the comfy family room!! Last night made a fire on the porch and watched a fantastic sunset!!! Such a fun weekend!!!… forgot to add…. Walked across the street to throw the football on the beach!!!!!!! Would highly recommend ❤️

Incredible views of beach, pier and lighthouse and tremendous access to Lake Michigan.
Patio and lower level stairwell should have been blown of old dry leaves. Owners should invest in fitted sheets for ALL beds. Bathroom exhaust fan needs cleaning, BADLY. Renovated bathrooms are lovely! Mattresses are 👍

How Many Ways Can You Say "Fantastic"?
When I walked in and looked out the front windows I said to the group, "This view is worth the price of admission!" The cottage itself fit our needs perfectly. Such a great location. We have rented several other cottages in Grand Haven, but this one is the hands-down winner. As we were leaving my son said, "We need to put a deposit down for next year."

The house was nicely decorated however the floors were extremely slanted. The whole house smelled like a damp basement. During our stay the water went off, apparently the owner never paid the water bill. There were also no fitted sheets on beds so the sheets kept coming off the mattress. We also found that having to exit house to use the downstairs bedrooms/bathroom was a bother and would not have been convenient for a family with children. Nice decorations and nice location but the house needs a lot of work - still not walking correctly after being slanted all week!

Lovely lake home.
This is a nice place. Basically clean and kept up well. The basement rooms are located outside and the basement shower was not workable. The location is great and the sunset was absolutely breathtaking from our living room. Overall it was a wonderful place with just a couple things that can be easily fixed. My family and I had a wonderful time.

Excellent location and common space
This was perfect for our family group. The upstairs was lovely and view and access to the beach was great. The shuttle stop was nearby. The basement bedrooms aren't as nice but were clean and functional. We just put the teenagers down there and they loved it. Would stay again.
