Clean, safe, quiet home away from home. NO CLEANING FEE if guests clean up after themselves. There will be a fee of a minimum of $75 if they do not.

Lots of space. Internet. Big, fenced in backyard (up to 2 dogs welcome with a pet fee of $50 but guests are still responsible for cleaning up after their pets).

No events/parties, host lives next door so don’t even try. No more than 6 guests overnight, no exceptions. No guests of guests. Confirmed guests are expected to read and understand the house policies and rules.

Plenty of Room
This is a great big house with plenty of space for everyone. Full bathroom and bedroom downstairs, and two full bedrooms with a bathroom upstairs. The backyard is huge and fenced in. Perfect for my pups. The neighborhood is beautiful. 10/10.

Great property for VRBO stay
This was a beautiful spacious house, well-maintained and clean. There were a few glitches with the commodiousness of the property like not having the porch light on, having the refrigerator unplugged and the air conditioning off, but these are easily correctable items and the overall property was excellent.

To say good bye
We had to make a last minute booking. My father in law had passed to there was way to much family for his house. This sweet place was perfect. We only had a few blocked to go to be with the rest of the family. It had plenary of parking for us even with the snow that Nebraska had before hand. Very nice home with plenty of space for our group of four plus we had others over at times. The host answered any questions we had right away with great kindness. We will look this place again when we need to come back to town. Thank you so much.
