Historic Cottage at the White Lily Ranch - “HOT TUB”

WE HAVE JUST COMPLETED A NEW ADDITION TO OUR COTTAGE!! By adding another bedroom with a large bathroom, our cottage is ideal for couples trips, large girls trips or just a getaway with friends to see Palisade. Wonderful private patio with a hot tub!

Wine country at its finest! The iconic White Lily Ranch is now allowing guests to rent its cottage house.

This quaint cottage is surrounded by peach orchards and is in the heart of Palisade’s wine country. If you are looking for a unique wine country experience, this is the place for you!

Plenty of parking with room for Trailers.

Beautiful, private back yard with deck/patio, BBQ grill...surrounded by peach orchards.

10-15 minute walk (5 minute bike ride) to several wineries, 30 minutes walk to downtown

We would love to have you stay with us and enjoy all Palisade has to offer.



We try to keep our prices low so we only charge extra fees when you exceed the 6 person limit. The house will sleep 10 and we do allow extra guests for a $50/person/night fee if you notify us in good faith ahead of time. If you get caught not notifying us, we charge $100/person/night. Please be honest with your guest count.

Perfect location and lovely property
We love this property and it was such a convenient location to downtown palisade and wineries. It was perfect for our group of 5, and I wish we could have had more time to just spend at the place enjoying the backyard. We did cook breakfast there and the kitchen had amenities to do so which was great. I would 100% stay again!

Absolutely love this place!
I booked this trip for my bachelorette party. There were 7 ladies and it was perfect for all of us. Those house is so cute and had a very comfortable feel. All of the beds were very comfortable as well. The property is beautiful and conveniently located to places that can be walked or biked to. We all absolutely loved our stay and will search for this property in future visits.

Very nice house in great location in Palisade
Great location in Palisade. Nice big house with private parking. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. One small suggestion is the patio chairs are flimsy and hard to sit in. Also this house has no TV’s if that is an issue for you but we didn’t need it. Overall great place, you will love it.

Our family (teens) enjoyed a long weekend in Palisade. Very cute place. Peaceful with everything you'd need. Our kids fell in love with their outdoor cats, junior and mister! Plenty of beds. Loft bedroom open to living room fyi. Would certainly return!

The home is perfect for a wine country getaway. absolutely spotless. was great for morning breakfast and then off to wineries. has a great cozy patio that is very private and a very friendly orange tabby that greets you. rained while we were there but being from west texas, that is always an extra blessing!

Great Location and Excellent Owner
Three couples traveled to Palisade to enjoy bike riding, wine tasting and shopping and the areas famous produce. The home was in a wonderful location, very well suited to our home cooking needs. We were able to do and enjoy everything we planned and wanted and the could not have been more comfortable. Owner could not have been more helpful and responsive. A great visit was had by all.

The location of this rental is perfect, it is close to many wineries. It was very clean and the beds were comfy!! We cooked several times and everything we needed was provided. We ate meals and played games on the back deck. Corn hole was provided and we played that too. We had a very fun weekend in Palisade. There is so much to see and do. We would stay here again!

Lovely place for family or a group of friends!
Lovely home, yard with room to play, lovely furnishings and right next to orchards , vineyards and the river! We ordered food in and are in the patio while our kids rode bikes. We were able to take quick trips to the river to paddle, visit the Colorado National Monument and have a cool, relaxing place to call “home.”

Perfect!!
This was an amazing quaint spot to stay. Really clean and cool(it was over 100 degrees when we stayed there). Close enough to town but far enough away that it was very peaceful. A beautiful peach orchard right on the property was an extra bonus!! My wife and I will absolutely be back!

Perfect Weekend Getaway
The cottage was clean, cozy, and well stocked with kitchen supplies, pillows, and blankets. Sheri also has board games, boccie ball, and corn hole for guests to use. The property is within walking/biking distance of several wineries and the meadery.

Charming property that was perfect for our weekend getaway. Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Close to wineries and easy to find. The bedroom and loft easily accommodated two couples. The back patio is perfect to sit and enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day. Would definitely stay here again.

Adorable wine country retreat
We had a lovely time visiting this sweet little rental. We stayed with 4 adults and 3 pre-teen girls, and it was just the right size for us. Clean, well- stocked, and Sheri was very kind and responsive. We could easily bike downtown, to the river, and to the wineries from here. Also, we especially loved sitting out on the deck at night under the festive string lights. Highly recommend!

Great Weekend!!
My group and I loved our stay!! The house was beautiful! Everything from the decorations to the bedroom loft where you could glaze out the oversized window and see the canyon beyond! The patio was a nice place to hangout, we enjoyed the lighting. The place felt very secluded which was nice. I enjoyed watching the sunset from the backyard. Thanks again!!
