Horrible place
They charge 100 for deposit and keep half always. I even cleaned the room. After having to be moved to 3 different rooms as the first had no fridge and microwave but charged for it. 2nd room stunk so bad couldn't even walk in. 5 days later still won't refund deposit as the manager is busy in personal life i got told.

Do NOT waste your money. We booked 2 rooms and only given 1 until I reminded them we had 2. Both rooms had dried bodily juices on the bed sheets, comforters and bed skirts. Had to change rooms and then striped the beds and used my own travel blankets for covers. Smoke detectors were covered with clear tape and dead bugs. So we put our loves at risk because that thing would have never gone off. Many many other things to lost but this should give you a clue. Spend money somewhere else. I’m contacting health services in this place and demanding a full refund.

Staff is great. The property and guests leave much to be desired. I killed a big cockroach that i saw crawling across the phone in the room. Once i saw that, there was no sleeping that night. I was on guard all night watching for more roaches.

There was no linens on the fold out couch. I had requested 2 double beds and got 1 bed and a foldout couch( very uncomfortable) which had no linens just a mattress. The location was less than desirable with many comparable hotels/motels closer to the airport

This is a no frills hotel 2-3 stars, so don’t expect a 5 star experience. The place is always clean and pretty quiet despite being right off I 70. If you just need a basic and clean place to sleep, then this hotel works. There is a restaurant attached and a fuel station for convenience. Beds not the most comfy, but are clean. Our room was missing the smoke detector because the hotel has strict no smoking policy, so likely a previous guest removed it because we found the detector damaged and in a drawer. All in all it’s an ok hotel for short stay.

It took an hour, and finally a call to the manager to get the room we reserved (w/a roll-in shower for my husband's disability). The restaurant would not deliver a meal to the room for my husband while I was away at an event. Once we got established in the room, we were satisfied, but the hotel needs to train its staff better.

Dont stay here.
We stayed 8 nights got no bath matt or extra towels even after requesting them. The beds was okay but i had to clean the room before we could stay there. There was dog feces everywhere outside. The outside on the backside always had overflowing trash and smelled bad. They advertise onsite laundry but it doesnt work. I cleaned it when we left as well and for some reason they kept part of our deposit.
