This is more of an apartment building than a hotel, people living here. People in and out all hours, sitting in cars all hours of the night. Janitor cussed us out for getting off the elevator at 6am because he was mopping the floor just outside the elevator on the bottom floor (THANKS FOR WALKING ON MY F*** FLOOR). Place seems more like a half way house than anything. We stayed a few days for work and couldn’t imagine accidentally booking and staying here with kids. The entire building has a nasty smell that you can’t get away from as long as you’re indoors. Do not let the pictures fool you like they did us.

You could cook your own meals on the range top and it has a normal size refrigerator. Plus, Microwave. Many people are living there by the month with their dogs. Barking dogs were annoying! It was very close to Communtiy Hospital where my appointments were.

We didn't even get checked in to our room. We arrived very late about 2am due to a storm that delayed our arrival time by an extra 2 hours. I had called the hotel to let them know we'd be in around midnight but the drive was slow due to snow. They had told me it wouldn't be an issue & to just use the phone in the lobby to call the desk & someone would come out to help. We tried for 30min to get a hold of someone but no one ever came so we had to find another hotel that was more expensive.

There’s no carpet anywhere, so the noise in the room and hallways travels. Bed was very uncomfortable and the washroom sink tap was broken. But the staff were lovely.

I made a reservation for a handicapped accessible suite for my mom and I. This is the first time we have travelled since she became wheelchair bound. I reserved the suite with 2 beds way in advance because we needed some extra room, knowing we would probably be eating in the room to limit our getting in and out of the car so many times. The suite looked very nice and roomy. When we arrived, they had given our suite away, saying that happens when you book through a 3rd party site. (like Travelocity) I felt like Jerry Seinfeld in one of his episodes when he reserved a car. "But I made a reservation!" They ended up giving us a handicapped room, but it only had one bed. I ended up paying over 200 bucks to sleep on the floor as it was just a full bed, not even a queen. Had I been by myself I wouldn't have cared if they gave me a different room than the one I reserved But since my mom is in a wheelchair she has special needs. This is the first time this has happened to me, and I am really disappointed that we didn't get what I reserved. I specifically chose this hotel to get the special handicapped suite. Also, I had to sign several times that I would not be smoking in the room (which I don't smoke) but yet marijuana smoke was wafting through the hallways every time I exited the room. The floor was pretty dirty too. I walked around with bare feet and my feet turned black.
