We were only there to sleep, shower and eat breakfast. The staff was VERY friendly and apologetic. The temperature fluctuated greatly in the room, through the night. The toilet had a huge leak from the bowl onto the floor. There was no bath soap. The phone was wireless and needed a new battery. Breakfast, while served until 10, was not replenished after 9, despite every possible seating area being taken.

Loved the friendliness of the entire staff. The room was clean & the bed was comfortable. Great parking! Breakfast was delicious- they had a little bit of everything! I loved the outdoor chairs & games and that they had sidewalk chalk & bubbles for the kids! Definitely will choose this hotel any time I am in the area again!

I read the reviews before booking and I was not impressed, but I decided to give it a try, but the reviews were exactly right, my bathroom sick was plugged, AC not working properly, the fire alarm was covered with a plastic bag, not coming back

Staff was great! Hotel was nice but most of my TV channels said audio only and the ones that did work would cut in and out. That made the evenings after working my job irritating. So I would spend most of my time watching my phone. Brought it to staffs attention and they said there was nothing they could do about it.

We arrived at property to a long line at 2 am and found they had oversold the rooms by 33 so our room we had prepaid 2 months prior was gone and many people sleeping in the lobby. So we did not stay with them and had to find another hotel. Not a good experience. So we did receive a refund from Expedia, but I am hesitant to book a Hyatt Place again.
