Plug in bathroom was exposed, stains on ceiling and wall that make me nervous that there may have been a suicide in my room...Tried to call down to the front desk twice and both times no one answered. Every time I passed a worker they were on their cell phone talking or texting....

The two times i had to stay there the carpet was stained and sticky. My second night one of the queen beds sheets had cigarette burns in them. The second set, the comforter smelled like urine. The skirt around the bed was stained with this strange white substance. The alarm clock as well. The shower head was broken and sprayed water out from the sides of the shower head and the neck of the shower head. It looked like it had been sealed with chock in a hap hazard fashion. The staff were on their phones all the time. It felt like anyone could walk in and out of the building who didn't belong or was a guest. The food for breakfast was cold and provided very limited options. The furniture was damaged in many cases with chips missing out of the wood pieces and the leather skin pealing off the chairs. My first night it took almost ten minutes before i was given my room key or even served.
