Enjoyed the stay for the most part. Front desk staff was very friendly. Housekeeping was average and not receptive to questions. Disappointed they had a waterslide pictured as a feature but was not able to be used. Site also portrayed breakfast was included but that was not the case. Breakfast had to be purchased from Starbucks and it was not cheap considering the amount of restaurants options within 1-2 miles. The promotion price I paid was great for the location and the hotel itself was clean and only minor defects/wear was noticeable. For family fun, I would not choose this location. For a quick trip and stay, it is functional.

Traveling with my 15 month old for the first time so I wanted him to feel at home as best as I could so I got a joined room suite for plenty of room to play. Our first room didn't have heat in the joined room so we switched rooms. The 2nd room also didn't have heat in the joined room. Luckily we brought a fan & put that in the doorway to move heat from 1 room to the next & thankfully that worked to stay warm. The door to the bathroom didn't have a lock & it was a sliding door so we had to barricade the door so the baby wouldn't get in. Pool water was cold, hot tub wasn't working the entire time. The waterslide was also not working. The menu for food was extremely slim & expensive. Not kid friendly at all. The beds were comfortable & there was 1 very nice front desk clerk that went above & beyond to help find my Dad's keys that he lost. The other workers were rude & must not realize they work in the customer service field. No eye contact or even smiles. If your there for a short trip without kids it's ok, but if you're traveling with children I'd find something else.

Check in was easy and check out was easy. The room was in poor shape things broken, missing. When we checked in the staff person was friendly and helpful. The rest of the time not so much when we asked the front desk person about needing clean towels the second day it was a one word answer. We asked about a blow dryer that we needed again one word answer. We did not get either things we had to ask again. Checking out on our last day it was 4 words spoken to me told. I didn't feel like customer service was in that person heart at all.

The property was pristine and clean! Beds were comfy, rooms were decently large. I especially loved how well the ventilation was in the room. The air never felt stagnant and the A.C. worked wonderfully! Staff member Viktor was definitely the most helpful and kind to us!
