We booked this room as it was advertised as a kitchenette (they have a stove top and sink). There is NO dishes, pots, pans or flatware. They said you can go to Walmart to buy them, We book these rooms so we can cook our own meals, which did NOT work at this hotel

This hotel completely blew my mind. I hadn't heard of them before so I thought it was a "budget motel" and had low expectations. I was so wrong! I will now be seeking these hotels out when I travel. I was so impressed with everything about them from location to cleanliness to staff. Loved everything here!

Nice place
Nice place to stop for the night on our northern fall color road trip. Friendly staff at check in. Newer building. Room was nice with full size frig/freezer and a 2-burner stove top. Ate a good burger a short walk away at the Boulder Tap House.

This is my 2nd time staying at a My Place Hotel. My first experience was in Michigan and the Grand Rapids, MN location exceeded expectations. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and spacious and with great amenities. The hotel was located in a quiet neighborhood which was also a plus. What you get for the price is amazing! I'd highly recommend and happily choose this hotel chain and My Place Hotel Grand Rapids, MN again!
