We had an overall good stay. The hotel is older and certain areas are dated. The pool area is run down and needs a good cleaning. Staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was clean but did have hair on the floor which is minor but grossed me out!

Room in the tower was great to have in the winter as the snow was beautiful coming down from our view. Also great to have the free shuttle to the casino.
