Front desk staff seem clueless about common courtesy and hospitality, not rude but not welcoming. This place is overrated and would recommend trying other places. Vending machines do not exist on the floors even tho there is signage for the. The ones I found on main floor did not work and front staff did not seem to care. Frustrating,, I do not like to makes a scene, I just won't stay here again.

This is our go to hotel in Grande Prairie. Stayed on the 5th floor this time and it was definitely worth the extra cost. The Office Restaurant continues to be a hit. The only thing that would like to see is a loyalty program as we stay there so often.
