Spacious Retreat for over 32 Parking, Horse Stalls

Welcome to our massive retreat, perfect for large groups and gatherings! With ample parking and plenty of space for trailers, this home offers an incredible experience. Equipped with horse stalls, it's also ideal for those traveling with their equine companions.

Inside, you'll find seven comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king bed, while its attached bathroom features a walk-in shower with two shower heads and a spacious tub. Bedroom 2 offers a king bed, while bedroom 3 has a queen bed.

Bedroom 4 is designed for larger groups with twelve twin beds, and bedroom 5 has six twin beds and two blow-up mattresses for additional flexibility. Bedroom 6 and 7 both offer cozy queen beds, ensuring a good night's sleep for all guests.

Located just a short 7-minute drive away is the Desert Peak Complex, where you can enjoy a variety of activities, including a swimming pool, rodeo grounds, motor speedway, and motor crossway. Additionally, a nearby park is within walking distance, providing a perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

Additional Notes:

The home owners, Kacey and Tiffanie live in the area and are often available in person and are available via text or phone should you need assistance during your stay. It's important to note that our property maintenance manager of our business respectfully lives on site in the completely separated basement of this large house with his own separate entrance that doesn't intervene with any of the rented spaces of the home and is often not home. If your group is in need of a large portion of parking space, please contact us before the time of your reservation with questions or requests to ensure that we can accommodate your groups needs.

Neighbors: This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. This helps our neighbors stay enthusiastic about our rental services.

Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property. We do not allow any house parties in our homes out of respect for neighbors and the protection of our beautiful homes. We pride ourselves in being a company that offers a pet friendly place at many of our properties please see our pet policy below

Pet Policy:

Please note that we do have an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes to our properties by allowing pets. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we do allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in, please note pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets.

Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.

Great stay for our large family
Very nice home for our large family over Thanksgiving weekend. Large and very comfortable master bedroom. The other bedrooms are nice as well but of course much smaller. We had children from age 8 to 15 and they loved staying together in the top floor bedroom with all the twin beds up there. 3 bathrooms, two on the main floor and one on the bottom floor, with all the bedrooms down there would be nice to have an additional bathroom. Our kids loved visiting the two horses in the back yard. Trampoline back there, not sure if we were supposed to use but kids had fun on it. Lots of room for eating a meal with our large group. Large table which seats a lot and a bar (actually two bars). Ice and water in the refrigerator not working, which was disapointing but they had ice trays in freezer. Don't love the fact that check out later and check in earlier costs additional fees. Usually in a motel that is not the case. We did have to message host for some additional bathrooom supplies but they were prompt in taking care of that! Garbage situation is a bit hard. There were 12 of us so garbage mounts up quickly and there is only one garbage can outside which filled quickly for us. We didnt realize we needed to take out to curb for pickup on Friday, so sorry for that! Overall it was a great experience for our family and very comfortable stay!

The home is very beautiful and set up perfectly for our bunch. All of my siblings had their own room. I could not say enough good about our stay and if we head back down that way to do some more rock hounding we will hope to stay here again.
